Hotels on Credit
From the year 2019, you can buy a hotel on credit from HTMA.
The Management of HTMA is pleased to announce as from the year 2019, anyone can buy a hotel on credit. You can either buy an existing hotel or you can place an order for a new one.

CATEGORY OF HOTELS AVAILABLE FOR SALE OR ON ORDER

The following category are available for sale or on order:
1) 3-star hotels and resorts
2) 4-star hotels and resorts
3) 5-star hotels and resorts
The above category of hotels have several hundreds guest-rooms with all facilities according to the stars category. If you want to place on order for any new hotels, HTMA can built it for you and on credit.
For hotels below the 3-5 star capacity hotels, please send your request.
We can also build smaller hotels and resorts with  minimum 25 guest-rooms and over. Please send your request.
If you have any special location or country in your mind please let us know, out staff will assist you. HTMA can also suggest and  assist you in procuring land for the hotel building or construction be it in the city, mountains, seaside or islands.
