For School Leavers

In collaboration with partnering institutions, HTMA prepares school leavers and provides specialized training for 6 months in the various sectors of fast food and catering.
The Systematic Training is for School Leavers who cannot afford to enroll for the higher studies with any university either in their own country or abroad.
HTMA, through its Career Pathways programs prepares School Leavers by providing a 6 months training after which the trained candidates will have opportunity to get Paid Internship and eventually a permanent job in their own country or in any of our locations in Europe, South America, Central America, Australia, USA and many other countries.
Our main objective is to reverse the crisis of unemployment and provide employment opportunities to School Leavers. Every employer needs work experience from job applicants which School Leavers cannot have and it becomes very challenging for those School Leavers to get a job allowing them to be unemployed and also lose their talents.

Various Stages of Fast Food Training

The Systematic Training will be based on the following:
Stage 1
Theory and other basic and principles.
Stage 2
Stage 2 is the most concentrated part of the entire training and it consists of both theory (some catching up of lessons) as well as the most important part which is Practice and On-Job Training. For each sector or area of specialization, training will be provided strictly and separately.
This training concerns many research techniques and the trainers will provide the entire necessary guide.
Stage 3
This will be the final stage of the training program and at this level we are going to start revision, organizing debates, some sort of tests and finally every participant will be awarded their certificate of successful completion of their systematic training program.
