The goal of Hospitality and Tourism Marketing Association (HTMA) is to enhance the effectiveness and knowledge of professionals working in the hospitality, travel, airline and tourism industry. We seek to accomplish this by teaching and updating our members in the areas of hospitality and tourism marketing, communications, tourism research and planning skills and by bridging the gap of understanding between these highly inter-related areas in the hospitality industry today. The Hospitality, Travel and Tourism business and ecosystem transforms every moment, and promoters of this industry around the world want quality service and innovated techniques of marketing. So HTMA conduct research on various sectors of Hospitality and Tourism and advise its members on how to make good decisions so as to achieve their goals. Hospitality and Tourism Promoters still believe in the out-dated marketing strategies when currently there are millions of competitors in the world market. HTMA has its own hospitality and tourism community including university academics, tourism experts, certified university research professors, hospitality and tourism specialists, practitioners and researchers and this community constantly conduct research in the concerned area in order to support its members and clients around the world. We clearly understand the current tourism industry and we work according to the needs of the industry. Reshaping Tourism and Hospitality Industry
While thinking of reshaping tourism, we have to consider Ecotourism which is an area of sustainable tourism which offers experiences and discovery of natural and cultural heritage while preserving regions’ integrity. It fosters the respect toward the culture and nature, reflects sustainable business practices, and thus creates local socio-economic benefits. Ecotourism also respects and recognizes local cultures, traditions and values.
